I’m Renée LeBlanc, a Certified Neuroscience & Mindset Coach and Certified Perimenopause Coach with a B.Ed (Hons) in Education. After 13 years in education and 400+ workshops and motivational talks delivered across the UK, I now support women through perimenopause coaching and work with organisations through corporate wellbeing workshops.
I know first-hand how powerful mindset shifts and small daily habits can be. When I changed mine, everything changed, and now I teach the tools I wish I’d had sooner.
At 37 I was a juggling a successful career in education, motherhood and changing hormones. I was exhausted, snappy and constantly suffering from mum guilty. Overstimulated, anxious and questioning why all of sudden everything felt more difficult.
From the outside, I looked like I had it all. But on the inside I was living in survival mode, ending each day with nothing left in the tank. One day I woke up, had my lightbulb moment, I knew things had to change. I knew that there had to be more to life that just surviving.
I thought it was either depression, a midlife crisis or a mental breakdown.
What I didn’t realise was that perimenopause had quietly begun.
Once I started learning about hormones, neuroscience and nervous system regulation, everything changed. I started making small changes to my daily habits; starting with practicing gratitude each morning. Little did I know that this would be the start of my best chapter yet.
Perimenopause became my midlife awakening.
It gave me the chance to see my life through a different lens. To let go of habits, patterns and expectations that were no longer serving me. To stop fighting my body and start working with it.
It was not a breakdown. It was a new beginning.
Then my mission started; to help women get out of survival mode and thrive through perimenopause; I became Certified Neuroscience and Perimenopause Coach and began blending science with real life strategy.
When we work with our hormones instead of against them, this season can become incredibly powerful. We can reduce symptoms, restore energy, strengthen boundaries and rewrite the next chapter with intention.
Perimenopause was my rediscovery, I now I help other women do the same.
