Hi, I'm Renée

I'm Renée LeBlanc, a Certified Neuroscience & Perimenopause Coach, workplace menopause consultant and former teacher with a B.Ed (Hons) in Education.

After 13 years in education and delivering more than 500 wellbeing workshops and motivational talks across the UK, I founded Elevated Wellness with one mission: to help people thrive.

Today, I work with organisations to build menopause-ready workplaces through evidence-based consultancy, manager training and employee education. Alongside this, I support women directly through coaching, workshops and community programmes, helping them navigate perimenopause with greater confidence.

Whether I'm speaking to a room of leaders or coaching one woman through midlife, my goal is the same: to make science practical, relatable and life-changing.

My Story

At 37, I was juggling a successful career in education, motherhood and changing hormones.

I was exhausted, overwhelmed and constantly carrying mum guilt. I had become anxious, overstimulated and found myself reacting to things that had never bothered me before. Everything suddenly felt harder.

From the outside, life looked great. On the inside, I was surviving rather than living. I genuinely believed I was experiencing depression, burnout or a midlife crisis.

What I didn't realise was that perimenopause had quietly begun.

Like so many women, I didn't recognise the signs. I had no idea that hormonal changes could affect my mood, confidence, stress levels, sleep and ability to cope long before hot flushes ever appeared.

That realisation changed everything.

I immersed myself in the science of hormones, neuroscience and nervous system regulation, becoming a Certified Neuroscience and Perimenopause Coach. As I began making small, consistent changes to my own daily habits, my energy returned, my anxiety eased and I started feeling like myself again.

Perimenopause wasn't the end of the woman I used to be. It became the beginning of the woman I was becoming.

Why I Do What I Do

That experience shaped the work I do today. I know how many women are silently struggling at home and at work, often believing they're simply failing to cope. They're not.

They deserve better information, better support and workplaces that understand what they're experiencing.

That's why I now help organisations create menopause-ready workplaces while also supporting women directly through coaching, education and community.

Because when we understand what's happening to our brains and bodies, everything changes. We stop blaming ourselves. We start working with our hormones instead of against them. And we give ourselves permission to thrive.

Whether you're looking for support personally, or you're an organisation wanting to better support your employees, I'd love to help.
