Renée has delivered over 400 wellbeing workshops across the UK and supported hundreds of women to improve their energy, sleep, confidence and overall wellbeing through simple, science-backed strategies.

Her approach blends neuroscience, hormone education and real-life experience, helping women understand what’s happening in their bodies and feel calmer, clearer and more in control.

What to Expect

This is a relaxed, supportive and welcoming space where you can take a step back from the noise and focus on yourself.

Over the sessions, we’ll explore what’s happening in your body during perimenopause in a way that actually makes sense, without overwhelm or information overload.

You’ll be guided through simple, practical strategies to support your energy, mood, sleep and overall wellbeing, all designed to fit into real, busy life.

There will also be space for open conversation, connection, and shared experiences, so you can ask questions, feel heard, and realise you’re not alone in how you’ve been feeling.
